The role emphasizes accurate reporting and coordination with safety and operations teams. The ideal candidate brings 1–2 years of office and 1 year of customer service experience, plus strong MS Office skills and AS400 familiarity.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years general office experience.
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Advanced computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• AS400 experience preferred.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.
• Willingness to travel as necessary, work the required schedule, and pass background checks and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Various office and administrative duties, email, and reporting.
• Answering phone calls and emails.
• Coordinating shipments from warehouse to plant using WMS software and slotting units.
• Communicating with the customer.
• Involving Safety team as required by location.
• Prioritize workload and adjust to position requirements.
• Daily compliance reports.
• Other projects and tasks assigned by supervisor.
