Job summary

Penske Logistics in Ohio is seeking an associate to oversee daily pallet tracking, audit driver logs, and manage returns for the private fleet. The role requires attention to detail and strong computer skills, with a schedule from 3:30pm to 12:00am, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• 2 years of general office experience required.
• 1 year of customer service experience required.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Advanced computer skills with Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• AS400 experience preferred.
• Regular attendance is essential; willing to travel and pass background check/drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Control work flow to meet receiving and departure times with accuracy.
• Maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Prioritize and adapt to workload changes.
• Communicate via radio, phone, and email with team and customers.
• Troubleshoot system or equipment issues for associates.
• Assist with daily/weekly operational reports.
• Learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities.
• Work as a TEAM to meet warehouse metrics and goals.
• Maintain professionalism with management and co-workers.
• Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor.
