Job summary

Penske Logistics LLC in Clyde, Ohio is seeking an administrative associate to support daily operations and customer communication. You will handle office tasks, maintain records, and coordinate shipments from warehouse to the plant while aligning with safety requirements.

The role requires 2 years of office experience, 1 year of customer service, and proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Travel and background checks may be required.

Qualifications

• 2 years of general office experience required.
• 1 year of customer service experience required.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint required.
• AS400 experience preferred.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.
• Willingness to travel as necessary, work the required schedule, and pass a background check and drug screening.

Job description

Position Summary

Responsible for the daily/weekly maintaining of pallet tracking (where applicable), audit of driver logs and trip reports, log and driver file DOT requirements tracking. Liaison for internal customer support. Track all return goods as directed by the customer for close out of returns from the private fleet.

Work Schedule

Monday - Friday 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Compensation

$20.28 per hour, plus $1.00 shift differential totaling $21.28 per hour

$1500.00 retention bonus
