Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma and 0-2 years in Logistics, SCM, Transportation.
• Preference for Bachelor's Degree and 2-5 years in Logistics, SCM, Transportation.
• Strong communication, MS Office proficiency, analytical skills, and problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Track and trace driver dispatch and on-time truck arrivals and departures.
• Monitor dispatched trucks and follow up on status.
• Coordinate communications between MNA team for transportation issues.
• Update all shipment data in GTMS.
• Follow Glovis emergency escalation protocol when needed.
• Coordinate BID process for extra loads and carrier drops.
• Verify charges in GTMS for AR and AP; gather supporting evidence.
