Summary
The Analyst, Supply Chain Logistics position oversees the third-party logistics (3PL) operations for MOBIS North America (MNA). The primary responsibilities of this role include 3PL operations and customer relations for the inland operations department.
2nd Shift Hours: Monday-Friday 4:00pm-1:00am EST.
Compensation
$50,000-$58,000/Year (Compensation study will be conducted upon selection of candidate)
Work directly with carriers to track and trace driver dispatch, in-time truck arrival at supplier location, and on-time truck departure from supplier location.
Monitor and follow up with dispatched trucks.
Handle correspondence between MNA team for all transportation related issues.
Ensure all shipment data is updated in Glovis Transportation Management System (GTMS)
Adhere to the Glovis emergency escalation protocol in the event of an emergency.
Manage all critical shipments through MNA group text & e-mail.
Adequately escalate incident reports related to damage claims or delay issues.
Initiate claim process and follow through to resolution of the claim.
Support all MNA operation procedures for customer and carrier.
Follow up on pending issues.
During shipment running, verify all necessary charges in GTMS for AR & AP both
For extra charges, collect necessary evidences and get MNA written approval or proper communication evidence
Once completely finish each shipment activity, cross checking POD and process AR & AP verification process with GTMS in a timely matter
Coordinate BID process for extra load and regular carrier drop orders.
Collect carrier offer and make sheet in a timely manner.
Finalize BID and dispatch truck according to protocol.
