Job summary

Doubletree by Hilton Colorado Springs is seeking a Lobby Attendant to ensure the property's public spaces remain pristine and welcoming. This role involves a mix of housekeeping duties and light guest services throughout the PM shift.

The ideal candidate should have strong customer service skills and attention to detail. They will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the lobby, assisting guests, and ensuring public areas are well-kept. Compensation ranges from $15.16 to $15.50 hourly.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand or walk for extended shifts and lift/carry items up to 50 pounds.
• A friendly, approachable demeanor and the ability to interact professionally with diverse guests.
• A keen eye for identifying messes and ensuring high cleanliness standards.
• Willingness to work a varied schedule, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of appearance in the lobby, front entrance, hallways, and public restrooms.
• Warmly greet patrons, provide basic directions, answer inquiries, and assist with luggage or special needs.
• Monitor and maintain peripheral spaces such as the business center and fitness areas.
• Frequently check lobby restrooms and coffee stations, refilling necessities.
• Promptly report any property damage, safety hazards, or broken furniture.
