Job summary

Qualifications

• Good communication with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors and other areas as assigned.
• Vacuum carpets, clean upholstery, and draperies with approved equipment.
• Empty trash, replace liners, and transport waste to disposal areas.
• Dust and polish furniture, fixtures and equipment for cleanliness.
• Replenish linens, towels, toiletries, and room amenities.
• Keep housekeeping carts and storage areas stocked and organized.
• Follow hotel-approved cleaning chemicals and safety protocols.
• Sort and store linens properly in designated areas.
• Wash windows and woodwork; perform minor waxing/polishing as needed.
• Disinfect equipment and surfaces, report damages or found items.
• Maintain ability to clean a set number of rooms per day.
