The Doubletree by Hilton Colorado Springs is seeking an Executive Housekeeper to lead the housekeeping department and ensure our hotel is clean, safe, and guest-ready. This leadership role oversees daily operations, staffing, and quality control across guest rooms, public spaces, and amenities.

Responsibilities include budgeting, inventory, and interdepartmental coordination with Front Office and Maintenance, while enforcing safety and sanitation standards to deliver exceptional guest

Formación

• 3+ years of housekeeping supervision or hospitality management experience.
• High school diploma required; hospitality degree preferred.
• Computer literacy and familiarity with hotel PMS.

Responsabilidades

• Department Management: Plan daily cleaning operations for guest rooms, hallways, and public spaces.
• Staff Supervision: Hire, train, schedule, and evaluate housekeeping and laundry staff.
• Quality Control: Inspect rooms and public areas daily to meet high hygiene and brand standards.
• Inventory & Budget: Track, order, and maintain par levels for linens, cleaning supplies, and guest toiletries while controlling department costs.
• Interdepartmental Coordination: Work with the Front Office for room status updates and Maintenance for repair tracking.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce OSHA regulations, sanitation standards, and chemical safety rules.
• Guest Relations: Handle lost-and-found items and resolve guest complaints or special requests.

The Doubletree by Hilton Colorado Springs is hiring an Executive Housekeeper. The Executive Housekeeper manages the entire housekeeping department to keep the hotel clean, safe, and comfortable for guests.

Compensation

$70,000 - $75,000 yearly

Qualifications

• Experience: 3 or more years of experience in housekeeping supervision or hospitality management.
• Education: High school diploma required; a degree in hospitality management is often preferred.
• Technical Skills: Computer literacy, basic math, and familiarity with hotel property management systems (PMS).
• Soft Skills: Strong leadership, organization, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
