Job summary

Embassy Suites by Hilton Colorado Springs is seeking a friendly Lobby Attendant. You will greet guests, keep public spaces clean, assist with basic requests, and help maintain a tidy lobby to create a welcoming atmosphere.

The role requires good communication, physical stamina to stand long hours, and flexibility for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Compensation is $15-$16 per hour.

Full- and part-time schedules are available with room to grow within our Hilton team.

The hotel lobby attendant keeps public spaces clean, welcomes guests with a friendly greeting, and assists with basic requests. The core duties focus heavily on public cleanliness, trash removal, and maintaining orderly common areas.

Cleanliness: Vacuuming carpets, mopping floors, wiping glass surfaces, and dusting furniture in the lobby, hallways, and public restrooms.

Guest Service: Welcoming visitors, giving simple directions, and answering general questions about the hotel.

Support Tasks: Emptying trash bins, clearing breakfast or lounge tables, and restocking public supplies.

Skills: Good communication skills and a helpful, polite attitude.

Physical Needs: Ability to stand for long hours, walk, bend, and lift moderate weights.

Schedule: Flexibility to work early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation

$15 - $16 hourly
