Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 10-week local contract at St. Albans Health & Rehab Center in Vermont. The role is on the 2nd shift (3:00 PM-11:00 PM) with a weekly 40-hour schedule and a requirement for local candidates with own transportation.

You will provide safe, compassionate nursing care to residents and work closely with the healthcare team to achieve quality patient outcomes. Weekend commitments are required for this assignment.

Qualifications

• LTC/SNF experience preferred
• 2nd shift availability: 3:00 PM-11:00 PM
• Local candidates only
• Own reliable transportation
• All RTO must be approved before finalizing the contract
• Able to complete the full 10-week assignment
• BLS certification required
