Job summary

RealManage Elevated Onsite in Coarsegold, CA is seeking an Onsite Line Cook to join a fast-paced culinary team. Set up stations, prepare ingredients, cook to order, and maintain sanitation while delivering consistent dishes for residents and guests.

You should have proven cooking experience, ability to work weekends, and a Food Handler's permit. The role offers evenings and weekend shifts with pay of $20–$22 per hour, along with benefits through RealManage.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as cook.
• Food Handler's Permit/Certification Required
• High school diploma or equivalent; Diploma from a culinary school will be an advantage
• Ability to work weekends

Responsibilities

• Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
• Prepare ingredients to use in cooking (chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat etc.)
• Cook food in various utensils or grillers
• Ensure all orders are prepared as per customer request
• Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen
• Monitor stock and place orders when there are shortages
