Qualifications

• Experience in a professional kitchen preferred but not required; comprehensive training provided.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to read, write, and follow instructions effectively.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment; capable of standing, bending, lifting, and walking throughout shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and maintain food safety and sanitation standards.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and cook menu items to meet quality and presentation standards, ensuring consistency in each dish.
• Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies for the shift.
• Ensure food safety and sanitation standards, including proper handling, storage, and disposal of food.
• Assist in inventory management, rotating stock and notifying management of low items.
• Maintain a clean, organized, sanitary workspace at all times.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
