This role delivers quality meals and exceptional dining experiences for guests by preparing menu items to company standards while maintaining safety and cleanliness.

The ideal candidate will have previous cooking or food service experience, knowledge of kitchen operations, and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• Previous cooking or food service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
• Understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and brand standards.
• Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation meet company expectations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation.
• Assist with food preparation, portioning, and ingredient setup.
• Monitor food inventory and communicate supply needs to management.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations.
• Properly store, label, and rotate food products.
• Assist with banquet and special event food preparation as needed.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and service staff.
• Support daily opening, closing, and cleaning procedures.
