Qualifications

• 1–3 years of cook experience required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Reviews menus prior to food preparation.
• Prepares menu and special items as directed by Executive/Sous Chefs.
• Ensures all food procedures are followed.
• Maintains sanitation and FIFO methods.
• Stocks kitchen and cleans work stations.
