Marriott Cincinnati North is seeking a dedicated Full-time PM Line Cook to join our kitchen team. You will prepare and cook menu items during the evening shift, ensuring quality and timely delivery in a fast-paced environment.

You will maintain cleanliness, follow sanitation guidelines, and collaborate with staff to ensure smooth operations and inventory support. Prior line cook experience preferred; strong teamwork and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a line cook or similar role preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Availability to work evening shifts (PM).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards during the PM shift.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
• Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet customer demand.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Assist with inventory management and stock rotation as needed.
• Adapt to menu changes and special requests efficiently.
