Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality's Ridge property in New Jersey is seeking a dedicated line cook to join our culinary team. You will help set up stations for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, prepare and present dishes to standard recipes, and support banquet and kitchen line duties alongside the Executive Chef or Sous Chef.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years relevant kitchen experience.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Set up a la carte stations for breakfast, lunch, or dinner service as required.
• Prepare and present all dishes in alignment with standard recipes, quality expectations, and plating guidelines.
• Perform banquet and kitchen line duties as directed by the Executive Chef or Sous Chef.
• Report any maintenance or housekeeping issues promptly and follow through until resolution is complete.
• Stay current with modern cooking techniques, trends, and industry best practices.
• Recommend operational improvements, menu enhancements, or new ideas to elevate food quality and guest experience.
