Job summary

Prismhr Hire is seeking an Evening Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will prepare and cook a variety of dishes, ensuring quality and consistency while following established recipes.

You will work with the team to maintain kitchen cleanliness, operate equipment safely, and assist in inventory monitoring. This role requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a line cook or in a similar role is preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and ability to operate kitchen equipment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the established menu and recipes, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure timely and streamlined service during the evening shift.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, complying with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Assist in monitoring inventory levels and alert the chef or kitchen manager of shortages.
• Participate in the nightly wrap-up, ensuring the kitchen is clean and equipment stored properly.
