Job summary

The OCD Anxiety Centers is seeking a Licensed Therapist to join our Temecula clinic evenings Mon-Fri 11:00 am – 8:00 pm. In this Clinician I role you will provide ERP-based care for OCD and anxiety disorders and collaborate with a dedicated treatment team.

You hold a master's degree in social work or psychology, a current state license, and are committed to evidence-based practice, documentation, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, unrestricted state license as a therapist.
• Experience delivering ERP-based treatment for OCD/anxiety preferred.
• Ability to document clearly and maintain clinical records per policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide validated ERP-based therapy for OCD and anxiety disorders in a clinical setting.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to coordinate scheduling and client care.
• Maintain accurate progress notes and group therapy documentation as required.
• Support crisis planning, safety, and treatment fidelity across the IOP program.
• Contribute to treatment planning, case conceptualization, and ongoing client assessment.
