Job summary

OCD Anxiety Centers is seeking a licensed therapist to join our team for evening in-person hours, Monday to Friday, 11:00 am–8:00 pm in Washington. The role emphasizes OCD and anxiety treatments, strong collaboration, and ongoing professional development.

The Clinician I will support the IOP team, maintain fidelity to our evidence-based protocols, and ensure client satisfaction. Candidates must have a master’s degree and an unrestricted license, with a commitment to quality care and safety.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in social work, clinical mental health counseling, marriage and family therapy, Pd.D, Psy.D.
• Current and unrestricted state licensure.
• Proficient in de-escalation techniques and crisis planning.

Responsibilities

• Provides validation in a warm, safe environment and keeps clients motivated to work through distress and eliminate neutralizing behaviors.
• Works closely with direct manager and treatment team to adhere to programming and operations, including scheduling and customer service issues.
• Maintains all written documentation such as progress notes and group therapy notes for clients.
• Oversees psychotherapeutic interventions, case conceptualization, and treatment planning for OCD and other mental health disorders.
• Plans and runs group treatment, coordination, and individual psychotherapy following evidence-based protocols.
