Job summary

OCD Anxiety Centers in Temecula, CA is seeking a licensed therapist to join our evening program with in-person sessions Monday through Friday from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm. The role emphasizes ERP-based treatment for OCD and anxiety, with competitive base pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will collaborate with the team to deliver structured, evidence-based care and maintain thorough client documentation.

Qualifications

• Licensed Therapist with current state license.
• 2nd bullet: Evening availability for in-person sessions.
• Experience or familiarity with OCD/anxiety treatment preferred.
• Strong documentation and records-keeping skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides validation in a warm, safe environment and keeps clients motivated to work through distress and eliminate neutralizing behaviors.
• Works with the treatment team on scheduling and supports Behavioral Health Technicians with treatment concerns.
• Maintains progress notes and group therapy notes and supports client satisfaction while managing potential grievances.
• Oversees psychotherapeutic interventions for OCD and other disorders, including case conceptualization, treatment planning, crisis planning, and assessments.
• Plans and conducts group and individual psychotherapy following ERP protocols.
• Proficient in de-escalation techniques, crisis planning, and management.
• Supports and models business processes and fosters a positive team culture.
• Adheres to company policies and performs other duties as assigned.
