Job summary

OCD Anxiety Centers in Temecula, CA is seeking a licensed therapist to join our ERP-focused OCD and anxiety treatment team. The role requires licensing, evening hours, and in-person work Mon-Fri 11:00 am - 8:00 pm.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Current and unrestricted state licensure as a therapist.
• Licensed therapist required for the role.
• Evening hours availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Provides validation in a warm, safe environment and keeps clients motivated to work through distress and eliminate neutralizing behaviors.
• Collaborates with the treatment team on scheduling and client concerns, including interventions and customer service issues.
• Maintains progress notes and group therapy notes for clients within the caseload and ensures high client satisfaction.
• Oversees psychotherapeutic interventions for OCD and anxiety, including treatment planning and crisis management.
• Plans and runs group sessions per the facility's evidence-based protocol for clients of all ages.
• Utilizes de-escalation techniques and crisis planning, supporting a positive team culture.
• Adheres to company policies and performs other duties as assigned.
