Responsibilities

• Provides service at the circulation desk including opening and closing the library.
• Answers questions and assists patrons with locating books.
• Checks out and checks in library materials.
• Keeps a neat, quiet library atmosphere; shelves materials as needed.
• Substitutes for full-time Circulation Assistant or Library Assistant as needed.
• Assists in Reference, Archives, or Curriculum Lab as needed.
• Reports to the Dean of Libraries.
