Jeffrey A. Miller Hospitality Group in Lansdowne, PA, is seeking a talented full-time lead sous chef to join Sparrow Cuisine’s aviation culinary team.

The lead oversees kitchen operations including inventory control, menu development, and staff training, with a PM schedule from 2pm to 10pm and other shifts potentially available. Qualifications

• 3+ years of culinary experience; leadership experience in catering or aviation preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP and SERV Safe guidelines for food handling.

Responsabilités

• Kitchen Oversight: coordinate daily prep schedules, delegate tasks, train prep staff, and maintain quality control.
• Order Fulfillment: oversee accurate and timely completion of catering orders with precise portioning and presentation.
• Food Preparation: stock kitchen per par levels, prepare items per standardized recipes, handle custom requests.
• Collaboration: work with Aviation Catering Manager to refine menus and ensure consistency.
• Team Support: assist packer with orders and drivers during peak periods.
• Health & Safety: follow HACCP/SERV Safe guidelines and keep workstation clean and organized.
