Opensity is seeking an Evening Shift Lead Document Specialist in Phoenix to join our document services team. You will create, revise, and format documents using MS Office, PDF tools, and transcription software, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong proofreading, copyediting, and style knowledge (APA/Chicago/Bluebook), plus the ability to mentor teammates and maintain high-quality outputs under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years in document outsourcing or legal industry preferred.
• Strong spelling, grammar, proofreading, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, revise, reformat, and convert documents using MS Office, PDF editing tools, and transcription software.
• Prepare and edit complex documents, spreadsheets, charts.
• Provide coordination and administrative support for special projects.
• Efficient handling of time sensitive and confidential materials.
• Transcribe audio and digital dictation including deposition transcripts as required.
• Spell check and proofread for accuracy and formatting.
