Qualifications

• Six months custodial experience with MMSD.
• Experience training, coaching, and evaluating staff on custodian techniques.
• Ability to work cross-culturally and commit to diversity and inclusion.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Plan and prioritize the work of the custodial team based on building activities and district standards.
• Perform duties of Custodian Worker I/II and Building Custodian to set a high standard of performance.
• Lead and direct second-shift custodial staff and monitor maintenance needs.
• Enter, track, and sign off tasks in the work order system and building permits.
