• Provides coordination of security and event needs, and direction of evening custodial staff.
• Performs cleaning duties and maintains supplies
• Performs maintenance duties
• Coordinates storage duties and setting up for events
• Coordinates and performs various external building safety needs and maintains pleasant appearance of buildings and grounds
• Coordinates schedules for maintenance staff at the secondary level.
• Performs upkeep of floors.
