Qualifications

• Experience in boiler operations is preferred.
• Experience with snow removal and like equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains safety on all grounds, buildings and equipment to provide a safe environment.
• Provides coordination of security and event needs, and direction of evening custodial staff.
• Performs cleaning duties and maintains supplies.
• Performs maintenance duties.
• Coordinates storage duties and setting up for events.
• Coordinates and performs various external building safety needs and maintains pleasant appearance of buildings and grounds.
• Coordinates schedules for maintenance staff at the secondary level.
• Performs upkeep of floors.
