Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years of residential concierge or front desk leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and set an example for the concierge team in professionalism and performance.
• Greet residents, guests, and visitors and maintain a welcoming lobby.
• Coordinate daily activities with the client and leasing office, and manage schedules.
• Own the lobby by tracking arrivals, expected guests, and client appointments.
• Oversee front desk operations including visitor management and access control.
• Conduct routine property rounds and respond to safety or security concerns.
• Handle administrative tasks such as emails, logging information, and filing.
• Communicate effectively with clients, residents, supervisors, and team members.
• Enforce company policies, post orders, and standard operating procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by site management or leadership.
