Rosedale Health & Rehabilitation in Richmond, VA is seeking a reliable Laundry Aide to join our team on the 3:00 PM–11:00 PM shift. This full-time role ensures residents have clean linens, clothing, and a comfortable environment while supporting a caring healthcare team.

You’ll sort, wash, dry, fold, and distribute laundry, operate equipment safely, and follow infection control procedures. High school diploma preferred; previous laundry or healthcare experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Dependable with a consistent work schedule.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to follow safety and infection-control procedures.
• Previous laundry, housekeeping, healthcare, or long-term care experience a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sort, wash, dry, fold, and distribute resident laundry.
• Operate laundry equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow infection control, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized laundry area.
• Handle and store clean and soiled linens.
• Collaborate with housekeeping, nursing, and other departments.
• Ensure residents receive their clothing accurately and on time.
