Job summary

Pace® Analytical Services in Greensburg, PA, is seeking a Lab Technician I to join our environmental testing team. This role supports sample preparation, data documentation, and lab operations in a fast-paced safety-conscious environment.

The position offers Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM–12:30 AM shifts with compensation of $15.00 per hour. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and are encouraged to grow into a long-term scientific career with Pace®.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a laboratory or environmental testing setting is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a lab environment, stand for long periods, and wear PPE (lab coat, safety glasses, gloves) as provided.

Responsibilities

• Support all laboratory sample-related activities, including preservation, preparation, processing, and maintenance.
• Maintain and update appropriate documentation and databases.
• Participate in training on fundamental lab support policies, programs, and practices.
