Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC is seeking a Lead Engineering Technician for a 6 month contract in Southington, CT. The role runs 3:00pm to 11:30pm and pays $41.00–$43.00 per hour. You will guide lab technicians, coordinate testing, and contribute to product development and lifecycle management.

Responsibilities include testing, method development, data analysis, and maintaining documentation while promoting safety and GMP-compliant practices within the R&D lab.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of engineering principles, laboratory testing methodologies, and product evaluation techniques.
• Experience with troubleshooting laboratory equipment and test systems.
• Knowledge of GMP, FDA, ISO standards related to medical devices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train Engineering Technicians within the R&D laboratory.
• Plan and conduct testing, develop test methods, and analyze results.
• Coordinate project testing activities and allocate resources.
• Mentor laboratory personnel and promote safety and quality.
• Support regulatory compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project testing and documentation.
