Qualifications

• Must be able to work four or five nights per week.
• Must be available to close the restaurant.
• Previous leadership experience is strongly preferred.
• Restaurant or high‑volume kitchen experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen operations during assigned shifts.
• Set the pace and work alongside the team during busy periods.
• Ensure food is prepared safely, accurately, and according to Chick-fil-A standards.
• Maintain strong expectations for food quality, cleanliness, organization, and speed.
• Position team members effectively and adjust the shift plan as business needs change.
• Coach team members in the moment with clarity, respect, and empathy.
• Address performance or behavioral concerns professionally.
• Communicate priorities and operational needs to other leaders.
• Complete all closing procedures thoroughly and accurately.
• Help control waste, protect inventory, and care for restaurant equipment.
• Create a kitchen environment where team members feel supported, challenged, and valued.
• Help develop future trainers and leaders.
