Hampton Inn Marathon is seeking a part-time kitchen associate for Mondays and Tuesdays, 4pm–9pm. You will set up the dinner line, prepare items per shift checklists, and coordinate with the purchasing agent for supplies.

The role includes handling room service requests and Tiki-Bar orders, while maintaining kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards. Candidates should be able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in varying kitchen temperatures.

Formación

• Requires familiarity with applicable franchise standards and procedures.
• Requires knowledge, skill, and ability in setting up and working dinner line station and in preparing health/sanitation standards and procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Sets up station with necessary items to produce menu items per shift checklist.
• Requisitions any items needed from purchasing agent before end of shift.
• Produces orders for customers from Tiki-Bar and from room service requests.
• Switches laundry and folds when not fulfilling orders.
• Must replenish and take back dirty towels from the pool.
• Maintains kitchen in acceptable sanitary condition and cleans all equipment.
• Closes kitchen and signs in keys at Front Desk.
• Helps out in any area where needed to ensure smooth operation of department.
