Job summary

GetHired, Inc. is seeking a friendly Breakfast Attendant to set up and maintain the breakfast area, prepare items and beverages, and greet guests with a positive attitude.

This role requires strong customer service, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and English fluency. Shifts include mornings and evenings, with opportunities to grow within the company. On-site in Omaha, NE.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or customer service preferred.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts.
• English fluency required; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain the breakfast area, including tableware and centerpieces.
• Prepare and serve breakfast items such as eggs, bacon, pastries, coffee and tea.
• Keep the breakfast area clean and well-stocked at all times.
• Assist guests with questions and needs during breakfast service.
• Address customer concerns with professionalism; perform other duties as assigned.

Introduction

We are seeking a friendly and reliable Breakfast Attendant to join our team and provide excellent service to guests during breakfast hours. The Breakfast Attendant will be responsible for setting up and maintaining the breakfast area, preparing and serving food and drinks, and ensuring that guests have a positive experience. The successful candidate will have strong customer service skills and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain the breakfast area, setting up tableware, and arranging centerpieces
• Prepare and serve breakfast items, such as eggs, bacon, and pastries, as well as coffee, tea, and other drinks
• Ensure that the breakfast area is clean and well-stocked at all times
• Assist guests with any questions or needs they may have
• Handle customer complaints and concerns with grace and professionalism
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a food service or customer service role is preferred

• Strong customer service skills

• Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload

• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)

• Ability to stand for long periods of time

• Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus

  Shift is from 6:30 AM -9:30 AM Morning kitchen

  Shift id from 4:30PM to 9:30 PM Evening Kitchen
