Hunters & Gatherers is seeking a fast, dependable Dishwasher / Prep Cook to join our evening kitchen team. The role requires speed, stamina, organization, and a strong sense of urgency to keep a busy dinner service moving.

You should be reliable, motivated, and able to work well with others in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Prior kitchen experience is preferred, and evening/weekend availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked workstations.
• Handle trash removal, cleaning, and end-of-night kitchen breakdown.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Keep pace during busy service without sacrificing cleanliness or quality.
• Recognize what needs to be done and take initiative without constant supervision.
• Support the kitchen team with additional tasks as needed.
