Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots and pans by dishwashers or hand wash.
• Ensure all dishes and utensils are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.
• Sort and stack clean items in designated storage areas.
• Assist with organization and stocking of kitchen supplies and equipment.
• Empty trash and recyclables; keep kitchen area clean.
• Clean and sanitize surfaces, countertops, sinks, and equipment.
• Assist with basic food prep tasks (peeling, chopping vegetables).
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures for a safe environment.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff for smooth operations.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by kitchen manager.
