Job summary

S&L Hospitality, located inside The Colonial Inn, seeks a Part-Time Dishwasher for evening shifts (4pm–10:30pm) with brunch and event coverage as needed. Ideal candidates show initiative, can work with minimal supervision, and enjoy a culinary atmosphere.

Responsibilities include washing wares, stocking areas, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting prep tasks as directed. Background check may be required. We value a team-first culture and offer schedules that fit varied needs.

Qualifications

• Ability to work with little supervision in a noisy, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive motions.
• Lift up to 25 lbs occasionally and up to 10 lbs frequently.
• Detail-oriented and focused on keeping a clean, safe environment.
• Flexible schedule to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Washes wares including pots, pans, flatware, and glasses by hand or using dishwashers.
• Stores clean equipment, dishes, and utensils in assigned areas.
• Stocks serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, and other areas with needed items.
• Cleans trash receptacles with water or steam.
• Moves dishwashing supplies and equipment as needed.
• May assist in cleaning and preparing foods for cooking or serving.
