Job summary

Drury Inn & Suites is hiring for a Part-Time Kickback Associate at 3320 Village Drive in Franklin, OH. You will help run the 5:30 p.m. Kickback, assist with food preparation, and ensure the lobby and kitchen remain organized and clean.

Provide friendly guest service and share knowledge about the hotel and local events. Qualified applicants bring a friendly demeanor, strong English communication, and the ability to maintain food safety standards while stocking supplies and supporting the hotel

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience or strong guest-service orientation.
• Ability to deliver warm, friendly service to guests and team members.
• Proficient in English communication, both written and spoken.
• Ability to conduct inventory of food items and manage stock levels.
• Communicates clearly and follow directions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the 5:30 Kickback for guests through food preparation and clean-up.
• Keep kitchen and lobby areas clean and well organized.
• Ensure food safety standards are met and supplies stocked.
• Interact with guests to provide information about the hotel and area.
• Deliver courteous, friendly service with a positive attitude.
