Qualifications

• Knowledge of hotel accommodations and services.
• Ability to conduct accurate inventory of food items and calculate order levels.
• Warm, friendly manner and strong guest focus.
• Ability to speak and follow directions in English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the 5:30 Kickback for guests, including food preparation and cleanup.
• Ensure exceptional experiences for diverse guests and team members.
• Keep kitchen and lobby area clean and well organized.
• Maintain food safety standards and stock supplies at appropriate levels.
• Promote the Drury culture with integrity, service, and hospitality.
• Answer guest questions using knowledge of the hotel, area and events.
• Provide courteous service with a +1 service attitude.
