Drury Inn & Suites - Greenville is seeking a hospitality-focused team member to enhance guest experiences during the popular 5:30 Kickback hours. You will help prepare and serve, maintain clean lobby and kitchen areas, and ensure food safety and inventory controls are in place.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with hotel services and guest expectations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests at the 5:30 Kickback and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
• Oversee Kickback event setup and cleanup to maintain quality standards.
• Keep kitchen and lobby areas clean and well organized.
• Monitor food safety and stock levels to meet demand.
• Provide courteous, informed guest service with a positive attitude.
• Answer guest questions about the hotel, area, and events.
• Contribute to Drury culture by delivering outstanding hospitality.
