U.S. Servico, Inc. is seeking an energetic Assistant Janitorial Supervisor for full-time evening hours.

You will manage cleaning teams, ensure site cleanliness, and supervise operations across Auburn Hills, Birmingham, Bloomfield Hills, Clinton Twp., Farmington Hills, Shelby Twp., Southfield, Sterling Heights, Macomb Twp., and Troy. Typically 5:00pm start, 32–40 hours/week with potential weekend coverage. Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required; travel up to 75% across listed

Responsibilities

• Establishing work standards and ensuring cleaning quality meets client expectations.
• Conducting site evaluations and following scope of work for each location.
• Orienting and training team members; supervising on-site activities.
• Covering shifts and filling in for absent staff as needed.
• Using cleaning equipment and chemicals according to safety guidelines.
• Maintaining inventory and stocking janitor closets; coordinating with warehouse.

This is a full time evening, hands on, Assistant Janitorial Supervisor Position. *This will be anywhere from 32-40 hours a week.* This position will be typically Monday - Friday but could also include some weekend coverage if needed. Some of the cities to be covered will include Auburn Hills, Birmingham, Bloomfield Hills, Clinton Twp., Farmington Hills, Shelby Twp., Southfield, Sterling Heights, Macomb Twp. and Troy.
