Challenge Unlimited is seeking a CDC Supervisor for the Fort Leonard Wood site. You will supervise janitorial teams, ensure contract compliance, safety and quality, and support workers to achieve high levels of independence and client satisfaction.

The role requires a Class E Driver's License, a High School Diploma or GED, and at least 2 years janitorial experience with 1 year supervisory or training leadership. Shift is 5:00 pm – 1:30 am, Monday–Friday, full-time with federal benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years janitorial experience and at least 1 year in a supervisory or training role.
• Must hold a Class E Driver's License in MO (other states listed for CDL comparisons).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Background checks including criminal, state/federal checks and DCFS Abuse/Neglect Tracking System.

Responsibilities

• Supervise site workers and clients in janitorial duties to meet contract requirements.
• Provide training, feedback and safety coaching; ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
• Lead scheduling, training, and timekeeping tasks as needed; maintain company culture and safety standards.
• Communicate updates to Project Manager and supervise staff for ongoing contract needs.
