Challenge Unlimited is hiring a Child Development Center Janitor for the Fort Leonard Wood location in Saint Robert, MO. The role is full-time with an evening schedule (5:00 pm–1:30 am) and requires reliable transportation to access the Army base. Driver’s license is preferred if driving is needed.

Responsibilities include cleaning bathrooms, floors, break rooms, offices, and common areas; enforcing safety and quality standards; and supporting a collaborative team on site.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean, sanitize and restock bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, glass and mirrors, stall walls, and stainless steel areas.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop floors and stairs.
• Empty trash and recyclables; replace liners and clean receptacles.
• Dust and clean offices and furniture; clean windowsills and windows; gather tools as needed.
• Clean break rooms and other contract areas; operate equipment safely.
• Contribute to teamwork and support co-workers; emphasize safety, quality, and customer service.
