Challenge Unlimited is hiring a Child Development Center Janitor for the Fort Leonard Wood location in Saint Robert, MO. The role is full-time with an evening schedule (5:00 pm–1:30 am) and requires reliable transportation to access the Army base. Driver’s license is preferred if driving is needed.

Responsibilities include cleaning bathrooms, floors, break rooms, offices, and common areas; enforcing safety and quality standards; and supporting a collaborative team on site.

• Dust and clean offices and furniture; clean windowsills and windows; gather tools as needed.
• Clean break rooms and other contract areas; operate equipment safely.

Position Summary

We are currently hiring a Child Development Center Janitor - staff at Fort Leonard Wood in Saint Robert MO.

• Driver’spreferred but not required
• Will need aClass E Drivers License if driving is needed.
• Must have reliable transportation—either your own vehicle or a consistent driver who will be able to access the Army base.

Salary: $17.75

Shift: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday-Friday

Hours: 5 :00pm - 1:30 am

Typical Duties

• clean, sanitize and restock bathrooms including sinks, toilets, glass and mirrors, stall walls, stainless steel areas.
• . Vacuum, sweep, mop floors and stairs.
• Empty trash and various recyclable cans and replace liners, clean receptacles, as necessary.
• Dust and clean office areas, desks and furniture that are not cluttered. Clean windowsills and windows. Obtain tools necessary for the job to be completed.
• Clean break rooms and other areas that are applicable to the contract
• Expected to safely operate equipment
• Contributes to teamwork by training and helping co-workers
• Continually performs duties with a special focus on safety, quality and customer service
