Challenge Unlimited, Inc. in Saint Robert, MO is hiring a CDC Supervisor to lead janitorial staff at the Fort Leonard Wood site. The role focuses on safety, quality, and client satisfaction while developing workers' skills and independence.

The position is full-time, Monday–Friday, 5:00 pm–1:30 am, with a pay rate of $20.60 per hour. Class E driver’s license is required where noted, and background checks are conducted in accordance with policy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 2 years janitorial experience; at least 1 year in supervisory/training role.
• Valid MO Class E driver’s license and ability to pass background checks.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Supervise janitorial crew to meet contract requirements and safety standards.
• Provide training and feedback to workers; maintain quality and culture on site.
• Schedule, discipline, and process timekeeping when needed.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and safe work environment on site.
• Coordinate with site management for updates to the contract.
