Tessera is hiring a Janitor for a full-time, swing-shift role in Lakewood, WA (Joint Base Lewis‑McChord). The 4:00 p.m. – 12:30 a.m.

shift includes restroom, office, hall, entrance, and trash cleanup across assigned routes, with a focus on cross-contamination procedures and organized supply rooms. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Restroom Cleaning – sanitize and clean all toilets, urinals, sinks, fixtures, partitions, walls & doors.
• Office Cleaning – sweep, mop, vacuum according to schedule.
• Halls and High Traffic area Cleaning – sweep, mop, vacuum according to schedule.
• Entrances and Exits Cleaning – sweep, mop, vacuum, and clean entry doors according to schedule.
• Trash – Empty trash in office areas and common areas according to schedule.
• Supply Restocking – restock supplies according to schedule.
• Shower Cleaning – clean all shower stalls and restock supplies.
