Qualifications

• Ability to diagnose and repair PC hardware.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve Windows issues.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve Office issues.
• Ability to troubleshoot printers/copiers.
• Knowledge of computers and networks.
• Understanding of cybersecurity best practices and patch management.
• Strong written and oral communication.
