Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum two-year degree in IT technical field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and behavioral skills
• Capable of moderating and presenting IT incidents and topics in a team environment
• A minimum of two (2) years technology experience
• Working level knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
• Bachelor’s degree and certifications preferred

Responsibilities

• Install updates, patches, and replace faulty hardware components
• Perform operational tests of hardware/software
• Analyze root cause and develop solutions/workarounds
• Identify root causes to repetitive issues and provide permanent solutions
• Deploy plant floor hardware and software
• Provide 2nd/3rd level support for services and applications
• Manage access rights and accounts
• Support weekend on-call, patching, and Tech Time activities
