Responsibilities
- Provide 1st and 2nd level IT support for desktops, laptops, and networks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, server, and connectivity issues.
- Install, configure, maintain, and support IT hardware and software.
- Monitor IT systems and resolve issues to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with teams and vendors to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Manage IT service requests and incidents following ITSM processes.
- Maintain hardware and software asset inventories and documentation.
