Highlands Behavioral Health System is seeking a licensed therapist to provide outpatient social work services and group psychotherapy in Littleton, CO. The role includes psychosocial assessments, treatment planning, and discharge planning as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Inpatients and outpatients with co-occurring disorders may be treated; licensure as LCSW or LPC is required and prior psychiatric experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Clinical/Counseling Psychology or related field required.
• Experience with psychiatric mental health populations preferred.
• Licensure as LCSW or LPC required.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical social work services in outpatient settings following program schedule.
• Deliver group psychotherapy and psychoeducation sessions.
• Perform psychosocial assessments and participate in treatment planning.
• Assist with discharge planning and case management services.
• Provide crisis intervention and liaison services with referral sources.
